Not overnight, but through years of dedication, discipline, vision, and a deep love for weddings not just as events, but as emotional, aesthetic, and logistical masterpieces.
I’m Sara Laudati, a wedding planner based in Rome, designing destination weddings all across Italy for couples who want their celebration to feel refined, personal, and completely tailored to them.
From scouting unique locations to setting up schedules, negotiating with suppliers, and creating the overall design, I make sure that every decision led to a smooth, refined scenario that elegantly and purposefully reflects your style.
My approach to design is bold, curated, and trend conscious. I love working with fresh ideas, strong creative direction and modern references always refined, always aligned with your story.
What I love most?
That final moment when everything comes together.
The music, the lighting, the first dance. When the couple forgets the rest of the world and I stand at a distance, holding back tears, knowing every choice led right here.
That emotion never fades.
That’s why I do what I do this, and I never get tired of it.
When i’m not planning weddings
...you’ll find me by the sea, where I live and recharge.
I start my mornings slowly, oftenwith a tea and a notepad full of new ideas.
I share my days with Matilde, my little dog and loyal shadow, and I still dance salsa and bachata after years of training and even a national title, it’s my way of staying grounded.
I find inspiration in editorial magazines, textures, music, and unexpected palettes. I could spend hours perfecting a flatlay. Travel is one of my greatest inspirations, London and Thailand have a special place in my heart, and Cambodia is waiting on the horizon.
I’m endlessly curious and I find beauty in what’s still, silent, and unexpected. I love sunsets that say everything without speaking, and moments that feel suspended in time.
Weddings are my world, but they’re also the expression of everything I am: precise, curious, instinctive, and always in search of something meaningful.
